Adding Comments to Post

I have a Post/Details View show one Post it works fine then I have a foreach loop that shows all comments for that Distinct Post That works fine. Where I having trouble is I have partial view made to create a single Comment and I think just need to pass it the PostID of the Particular Details view and I can save the changes. I tried passing through Viewbag like this
```
ViewBag.Title = "Details";
 ViewBag.id = Model.PostID;



on the partial I got

var refr = Model.PostID = 0;
ViewBag.id = refr;
```
I keep geting a null reference exception I have tried passing in as a parameter in partial call and passing to viewModel. I know dong something wrong. Should create the partial on Post controller or the comment controller. What the code should go in the controoler

Pleas focus the following code at he that reply, you need to define the value as @Html.HiddenFor to make it not null
```
@Html.HiddenFor(model => model.PersonID)
        @Html.HiddenFor(model => model.Discriminator)
```

And here is the Problem Partial view that I can't seem to pass the PostID to it called PostComment if you are looking for it is in the BlogPost controller
