cninjas before you have upload your image know that only i am asking... how will i upload my image in this forum...
The image should be square -- with the same height and width and a byte count under 2MB.
It should be at least 59x59; anything you upload will be resized down. For me, my source avatar image is 300x300, and is about 300k. When it's uploaded it's automatically resized down to 59x59, and is less than 2k.

Note : internally the file is uploaded to the server.
But apart from this i think there is no provision to paste the image to the form as far as i knw

hi
On top right --> click on your name dropdown --> edit profile --> avtar tab --> choose a file that you wanna upload and save it.
