Suprisingly enough it looks like maybe just the VBPROJ and Solution Files are modified when converting to the 4.0 framework?
(much different when we went from vs2000 to vs2005)

mostly it's updating references to the framework, using the newer version of the .Net DLLs

References in the Project and Solution files or peppered else where too?

that should be all....not sure what "else where" there could be....

What is actually converted when going from vs2005 or vs2008 to vs2010?
