ok on my menubar i have a inbox
how can users inbox each other within there profile
like say i click on there profile send message they respond i get new message in the inbox

BTW inbox must be synced to logged in user

like facebook they have an inbox flashes when user emails users like it comes up says 1 new message or 2 so and so on
then i or user can click it you can see the messages from the user or myself as a user private that is ,

Yes you can do it.
Check this tutorial for sending emails using c#.

srikanth i appreciate that im only wonting something with like subject body message
no need for inserting there email adress cause that should be used for picking up with ther username automatically
so as soon as a user wonts to send a user a message should only have subject and body ,to save less hassle than type out all those textboxes
