Sir,
If i added assembly refrence in web config file but not from assembly folder located in solution explorer. is the project will running
Please let me know if i have added refrence in web config file is there need to add refrence assemblt refrence from solution explorer.?

Hi....
It will be needed to add reference assembly from solution explorer too.
for this purpose just copy and paste the .dll file in your project folder and right click on your project in solution explorer and add reference.

Yes I think so.
Because the reference will be store in your .csproj or .vbproj file.

Hi....
