when I install VS 11 beta , does it automatically install the extensions and downloads from NuGet from VS 2010

No, It doesn't copy any thing from local setting. And also not all extensions in VS 2010 can be used in VS 11.

No, It doesn't copy any thing from local setting. And also not all extensions in VS 2010 can be used in VS 11.
