By following this guide on how to obtain a product key to extend the trial period for my Visual Studio 2010 Professional, I get a product key but I get the error: This
Product key is invalid.
I did even try to register with another Live account, but I ended up getting the same Product key. Does the key generates from IP (or any other data from the machine) and not Live accounts? I used the same computer both times.
I have never before registered for a trial version of any Microsoft product, so I shouldnt have used the key before.
