Sliding page transition should be the default page transition in windows mobile. If it doesn't work in your device it means that your device doesn't support CSS animation. However....consider Internet Explore doesn't support CSS animation, but Android and
IOS browsers support it, so the fact that it doesn't work with IE in Visual studio doesn't mean it doesn't work in ACTUAL MOBILE DEVICES. Open you pages with Chrome,..or with a Mobile device emulator, or better with an actual mobile device...and you will see
that it works.
