sorry...a specific example is
http://www.mbanet.ust.hk/web/exchange_download.aspx
how can they do not to reload the uppart part of web when i click the content between exchange in & download, at the sametime, their URL did change?
Hi, I am making a website and I need the url not to keep static.
I cant make use of frames base on that reason..
Also, I tried to use update panel, although i can change the content without refresh, but the url doesnt change as well..
I want to ask, if there is anyway to make it like the blue bar in facebook, when i load into another page, the content below the blue bar will change while the blue bar will not refresh??
I don't know weather i am Right or Wrong, but If i am not wrong, the picture is changing due to high speed of server and less number of clients on the Website SERVER . is not showing that picture is loading.
I Hope you are getting my point.
When First time i open this website. they took around 4 Seconds to load the second picture. but once again when i click on Download. it show me like it was there . So Pictures are changing if you Right Click on Both Picture You will know the Pictures names
are Different.
Now the point is.
How They Do That ?
If I am not wrong.
They probably having High Speed Servers, or they are using Banner on Background as a DIV . so its they capability of CSS, if you are using Background image it automatically Downloads in your Temp folder and you can not even feel that Images are being changed.
Thanks.

Have you tried the site in internet explorer. If you click the links on internet explorer, then you can see the upper section of the site is loading each time you click a link.
Thanks & Regards

Hi Mansoor, I get your point.
so the difference is they use background-image instead of a img tag to get such an fast loading effect from cache?
anyway to make it similar if i want it to be a <img> or flash element?

Hi, Personally I Would Prefer <img> rather than using Flash Element.
Because If I Set The Background Style in CSS and give ID to <img>, Then once loading CSS in starting of Website. Picture will automatically Load.
Bare with my English as I am not a Native speaker.
Thanks.
