It looks like their videos are all done in flash. If you want to build something like this you would need to do a lot of work on the client in either flash, silverlight or possibly html5. Basically you are building a video on the fly and you need a way to
take pictures, text and encode them into a video file.
It's not an easy task and not something that you can easily implement.

At this time I am work with Silverligth seems like might up to more than 30 mudules.
Do you have any more suggustion?
Shall we do that at client or sent to server then back to client.

Most of it would have to be in the client, only the encoding/storage in the server.

I am implement that with Shader Efect(HLSL), XNA, DirectX, And I have lots of concern by personally.
