I am having a related issue. I have a blank server with just .NET 4.5 beta installed on it and I cant get the spatial code to work. It works on a computer with VS.NET 11 Beta on it though. Besides installing VS.NET on my web servers, is there a way to resolve
this? What am I missing?

VS11 required for .NET 4.5?

We are looking forward to the spatial abilities in EF5. These abilities require .NET 4.5. Do we have to upgrade VS10 to VS11?

hi there,
you need VS2011 in order to try ASP.NET 4.5 Framework. This is one of the core requirements of ASP.NET 4.5.
Please check:
