You can't. The only way that a user can see the contents of a file is if it is downloaded to their machine. You might be able to do something with Flash or Silverlight, but those technologuies are off-topic here.

When a user views a file, it is already downloaded to the (temporary Intenet Filer Folder) of the client. That's the nature of internet do I think you need to rethink your requirements....
I already explained that as soon as the user can read it, it is already downloaded to their computer. So what you're asking is not possible, due to the nature of the internet...

I need to display the file to allow the user to read it. but i don't want them to take these file (download) to their computers...
