I need to implement some dynamic website something like FLASH. I am not sure how to start. Can I use Flash template with Asp.net Menu without any problem. Please let me know any start of point. Thanks.
I hope you don't plan on your website working on mobile devices if you plan on using flash. HTML 5 with CSS3 and JQuery should allow you to produce slick, dynamic web content.
Html 5 and Css3 need browser support which I think Ie 7/8 which my customers use may not have.
So you think flash will not need browser support? I agree that only latest browsers will support for HTML 5 and Css3. But you can still use jQuery which will run on almost every javascript enabled browser. As developers, it's better to use jQuery than flash
because flash is rather a designers tool, not a developer's tool. I personally find it easy to integrate jQuery with ASP.net than integrating Flash with ASP.net.
Again, that's a plug in solution. I'd stick with standards like CSS, JQuery and specify WHAT you're trying to achieve. Is it some type of dynamic menu? Animating a certain part of the UI?
Specific questions get better answers than general ones.
look like flash means the animation and templatizing of control. I like Silverlight but I am working on an Intranet app where some of the users in our warehouse may not be given internet access to download silverlight.
Darth,
I completely agree with you. I just feel the options on those CSS and Jquery look so less compared to Flash. May be I need to spend time designing it.
I was expecting some one suggest me some templates or a new way to make those tempatizing and animation stuff working with Asp.net controls specially navigation with windows authorization.
Honestly, if you wanna use flash/silverlight for parts of the site, and it's not just for displaying videos or something, you might as well just go all in and make the whole site in flash/silverlight. Trying to have a page that's half-html and half-flash
is gonna lead to more headaches than just going all the way with one or the other.
Also, I feel you might be going about creating this website the wrong way if you're going for form over function. Make a site that
works, then deal with making things flashy and pretty.

I don't understand your "look like flash" comment. Do you mean animation? Text effects? You should have a goal in mind of what you want.
