If you wanted them to be able to save the changes I'd say you need them to be able to make some specific changes via a form and store a css file specific to them or store specific values in a cookie and build the css on the fly based on cookie values if
you have them.
Users can change textsize already with [Ctrl + or Control Mousewheel].
Users can have their own stylesheets in their browsers that can override your site.

I have to work on accessibality option on website where User can change the textsize,change background color.
CSS or jquery
can anyone guid me for this ?
