I'm facing a strange issue since last last Sunday, some of my post goes missing and then re-appears again (saying approved) after sometime for no reason.
And when each time this happens some points are deducted from my account saying 'My Post was deleted' and the points deducted are not being credited back when my posts start appearing again (after approval).
And also the points deducted were not the same..sometimes just 2 points were deducted, but sometimes even 10 points went off from my acc..
There's really not enough information here for me to be able to investigate your specific situation.
However we do have a few bugs logged regarding points and editing posts and posts flagged as potential spam. One of the issues is that each time a post is edited after being flagged for moderator review (due to suspected spam), the user is being docked
an additional 2 points with each edit. This *could* be what you are describing here.
Also, I do see that you had posted a duplicate of
http://forums.asp.net/post/4851498.aspx, so you would have been deducted 2 points for that. You had also replied twice to a thread which was about Windows Forms on 2/20, and the entire thread was later deleted as off-topic, so you would have seen your
points deducted for that as well.
