6+ years’ experience with C# / .Net. Everything we do is web based, .net/C# applications. You will need to demonstrate significant experience developing business to business applications with these technologies.
GUI & UX approach. Design is not a part of this job, but the success of our product comes back to good UX. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate design sensitivities and can follow a screen design (we have a full time UI designer)

Work hours are fairly flexible, although we do require some cross over at the start or end of a normal work day with Australian development team and a minimum of 40hrs per week

Pay - we are NOT looking for < $20/hr developers. We only want talent and will pay for that talent as we know how much of an impact a
good great developer will have on our business.

I have 6+ years C#/.net experience. Microsoft certified for: C#, asp.net developer, SQL server developer and SQL Administrator.
I also have 3 years J2EE experience in the past.
I worked on design, development, build, deployment, maintenance, etc.
