Essentially, you connect to Oracle and if you have permission, you can browse Oracle objects, import and export data, manage objects, write scripts, many many capabilities.

TOAD for Oracle??

i have just installed TOAD for oracle
but i do not know how to use it at all
can any one guide me to any web site where i can find a good information??

i am using net from the company and the linke you gave me is blocked.
i just installed it i do not know any thing about it.
i just sow my coworkers using it.

Open TOAD
Click HELP on menu
Click Contents
Click Welcome to Toad
hundreds of pages of Help on how to use Toad.

they installed it for me and connect it with the server i have to learn the rest by my own.
