why would you use both
because i want to use bootstrap style
and jquery ui tools like accordion, datepicker, dialog which have no style in bootstrap css

as I said jquery-ui has pretty good name spacing for the css, but the libraries overlap in method names, button, tab, dialog. also there is so much overlap in css, button style, alert style, dialog style, tabs style, message style, etc. I don't see why
you would use both.
the accordian is trival, but there are several other datapickers you could use with bootstap. I keep hoping that someday, jquery-ui will have less support for their themes.
note: while I've used and like jquery-ui, I don't think it has moved with the times very well. all the teams real effort has gone to jquery-mobile and jquery-ui has suffered. for example everyone (even jquery-mobile) has gone to html 5 attributes based selectors,
