for example, Placing the title of Participant mentioning the official website name to approach at hiring.
I have no exact idea what you mean by this. I can guess but it's better that you try to explain it clearly.

Please excuse in case I have chosen the wrong forum "JOBS" OR Please guide me to proceed further.
As it seemed more like a site related question and not job posting (hey we're company xyz and want to hire YOU ...) I moved it to the Feedback forum.

A try to give a better understanding, I am a Participant here. Now, I would like to mention this outside asp.net, iis.net, windowsclient.net, silverlight.net so on so forth. Correctly out of Microsoft. So I wanted to know more regarding the matter.
Suppose the website asks to mention the Title, company, Duration so on, then giving the information of asp.net.
Yes, It's not a Job posting but an initiative to ask of help as to provide the values of asp.net to another website outside Microsoft?
hope my english and grammar makes sense to readers and replier(s).
Ah ok, what you're after is a badge of credit to show on your blog. Same like some other sides have. I have included one from stackoverflow on my blog for example:
http://blog.krisvandermast.com/.
This has been requested more in the recent past and I believe it's on the list of Neudesic but I don't know when, and more important if, it will be added as a feature.
