Upload the image to imgur.com, grab the public url and in the post you're editing click on the HTML button in the toolbar. Add the image in the html directly and click the update button. The image will appear inside your post. Also take a look at this this

Seems like nobdy got quite a piece of html injected in his reply that causes this. Took out the cruft now. Also I sent a pm to bobdy to notify him about this.
If you should see such posts in the future please alert them directly with the Alert moderators link which you can find in every post. It's also visible in the image you provided. Thanks for notifying us.

In almost every post from him, the reply link is disabled. If you see the threads which he has replied on, you can see the Google logo on top of the reply link. Me too was noticing that he was having that logo in almost every post he has replied in.

I am getting google log on top of reply link and i am not able to click the reply link.
is it a problem with asp.net or my machine ?
if my machine plz let me know how to handle this.

it is not google log, google logo. it was a spelling mistake. please find image below. using firefox 4.0, Win XP Prof SP3.
