I wonna ASk CSHTM is (RAZOR ENGINE WITh C# language) but dunno it implements the MVC concepts or what ???
It have :

I'm not sure what your question is, but .cshtml is the file extension for Razor web pages or view files written using C#. The Razor View Engine is available both in the Web Pages framework and MVC 3.0.

MVC-Model View Contlroler
CSHTML having Page Rendering method,maybe i wrong thinking,but its not that View from MVC??.So why i ask about CSHTML,that implements the MVC concepts?

I still don't understand your question. View files don't "implement MVC". They are used in the V part. But .cshtml files are the same in Web Pages and MVC. They are just used differently in each framework.
