Any tool to view what data is being sent?

I want to determine the exact data being sent when Form is posted or any AJAX call is made. Is there any tool?

hello

if you do not want to use or do not have firefox add-on then what you'll need is a http analyzer tool. here is the one:

http://www.ieinspector.com/httpanalyzer/

but there might be a free one somewhere if you search google!
