And my earlier question was going in another direction: What should the system do? What hardware/capabilities do you have? What goals do you want to achieve (performance, scalability,...) ... Questions like this.

Try out MVC 4 application architecture which has option in desktop & mobile both to switch between desktop view or mobile view. It has rich support for Apple safari in iPhone, Firefox with firefox user - agent switcher , Opera mobile browsers & Windows Phone

Im building a new website i want to create architecture for desktop browser and smart-device browser :
We know that there is many diff between these browser,
So what is the best architecture inorder to create web site suitable for portrait devices and landscape devvice and desktop browsers ?

Hi,
1. My site should be displayed on desktop browser and IPhone and Android and Blackberry and IPad and Tablet.
2. When the screen is landsacape or the browser is big enough i need to display another design for the same page.
