I just wanted to say that the performance gain on the new version is impressive. It feels so much better to just click and go, not waiting for the spinning wheel to stop.
it seems indeed faster to me (IE9, Windows 7). Congratulations to the team who made this happen!
One word of advice though. I noticed in this thread

contain a part of the answer so there's no need to color it as such.

As all the users said, performance has been increased by heaps!!!! Very weldone! We know it's not an easy thing to load balance such a busy site.
I really appreciate that you welcome suggestions/feedback about your site. User experience is really important in any forum. New site design has increased the usability as well as the performance. Keep up the good work team!
And also, thank you OP for starting this thread so we can appreciate the good work.
I also really like the format of the emails now. Its much easier to follow the thread of conversation with the layout changes that have been done. Also the format is much cleaner.
