I am willing to learn about databases like oracle, sql, etc. Please tell me some links to study about these databases.
i want the difference between all databases and i need video tutorial links.Also i want the details about oracle certification or any other database certification

first you should decide what you want to be. Did you want to be a database developer or a database administrator (whereby both needs some understanding of the other)? After that point you can go a little bit further.

For Oracle - http://st-curriculum.oracle.com/tutorial/SQLDeveloper/index.htm
To get mor information about the Microsoft SQL Server certifications you should have a look at the following site - http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/certification/cert-sql-server.aspx#tab1 -
but you should have some experience with SQL Server before taking these exams.

I just want only the differences exactly. what is special about sql and oracle. what exactly differs them tough they both are databases!?

I don't know if you can compare SQL Server and Oracle to the last detail, because they are differ in many things, but here are three sites which compares both and show some differences. The first one is from Microsoft, the second one from Oracle and the
third is neutral one.
