  How to translate our web project in any language without using google API

  Hi,

  I have made a web project in which I want to translate our web project in diffrent -2  languages. As it is not a website so I can not use google API.

  Is there any other technique so that i can translate the language for our web project. I have used the globalization and localization but it requires the perticlular unique keyword. Can i translate without using the globlization and localization.
