Please specify some asp.net 2, 3.5, 4 web service books. I searched several time but there is no result.....

It's really strange. you can find lot of books related web services and WCF.
Go to any online ebooks selling site and find the all the good books

From 3.5 version onwards microsoft come up more enhanced version of web service [WCF]
Note: Most of the .NET books, web service and WCF covered with 2-3 chapters
