When you ran aspnet_regsql, did you do it from the .NET 4.0 framework? And did it bring up the ASP .NET SQL Server Setup Option with "Configure SQL Server for application services" selected?
I ran in from .NET 4.0 framework and it still has the problem... Also when i try to edit user roles it gives this error:

I found the problem... it kept saying invalid 'UserId' right? I went on the aspnetdb_UserInRoles and i found out that for some reason I didnt have the UserId colum so i created it.
Also the same for 'RoleId'. I went on the respective tables and created the columns. :D
