now I need to study Computer science to improve my situation ,so i need to know which univeristies providing a bachelor degree in Computer science

They are an acreditation agency recognized by the US Dept of Education. You can use their website to search through a list of accredited institutions that offer degree courses via distance learning/online (including Computer Science).
