HTML 5 is supported in Apple iPhone,Android 2.3, BlackBerry 7, Windows Phone 7.5(Mango). So you can use
<video> tag to play videos directly on the Mobile web browser!
We use same android phone video in our web site its work proper but this video not play in other android phone both are android phone but whn we create any video file both frames/s are diffrent for e.g. Dell XCD35 16 frames/s & samsung gallxy pop 14 frames/s
so plz tell us any middle way to play any video file on android

how to play video on mobile website?

we wnt to create a page using tht user can see number of video thumbnail...
& when user click on any video thumbnail video can play on his/her mobile
we use hyperlink to play a video but video not play & ask for download video file so plz help to play video directly on mobile like YOUTUBE site....

Maybe the video format is not supported by player of the mobile.
