I wish the same. At the moment, when I am opening a solution with a MVC 3 project, the project is selected for converting, but "after" the conversion it gets into the "unavailabe" state.
We're working on a release of ASP.NET MVC 3 for Visual Studio 11. I recommend following Phil Haack's blog because we'll announce it there when it is available
(very, VERY soon ).
EDIT: Actually, it looks like Phil just announced it on his blog, so go check it out and download it!
