I am implementing Barcode recognition system in my asp.net application Barcode type is Code39, and i want
to read it from PDF file(PDf file might have scanned in Black and white or Color as well) is there any Library in .NET which will do this job or any Free library, since i dont have budget to buy third party tool/Library, please recommend.
We did something similar to this last year using the linear server controls from ID automation. This is not free, and unfortunately i was unable to find any free alternatives when i started the project.
