Yes, there's free .net hosting, please check out this
free hosting list and choose a suitable one. BTW, free hosting is not suggest for long term projects.

You can host on Microsoft's Azure cloud for free for 30 days. You don't exactly get SQL Server 2005 but an equivalent - SQL Azure
