  I dont know how to solve this. I'm a lay person
  I can access only some items on this web site http://www.bolsar.com/net/principal/contenido.aspx  on my laptop-
  But I do have full  access all on my Desktop or other's people PC.
  I understand that it may have to do with all Microsoft.NET Framework I have installed . Here is the list:

  what is the permission of your file: HM_Arrays.js? I mean the permission on the server, does it has ASP.NET account on there? You might want to double check it by going to your server and locate that file, right click and go to properties > security and check for it.

  Yes, I also think you need to check the permission of your js file.
