I wrote this because this is were I grew up. And this site is getting very sloppy; to say the least.
Dont talk about customers, read what the best had to say and tell me if you could say that to a customer.
Think like this: you make a site. A customers sends you an email and says:
naveenj
I strongly feel that the new version of ... has too many bugs.
And by the way, good enhancements too :)
What do you do next?
I would send an email back and ask them to provide details of the bugs that prevent them from being able to use the application for its primary purpose.
Ok. Now it's a real feedback. And , if you work long in software, you know that you can not satisfy ALL your customers. You want to prioritize or even remove features if they are hard to maintain !

To improve WHAT ? the customer says only
So you do not have any real example of "bugs" and/or "enhancements"
