there is always a mark as answer with the post I made on my own thread. What is this deal? can I mark my own post as answer?
I played with that, and it looks like you do not get the ten points for providing the answer, but you do get the one point for marking a post as answer. And that sort-of makes sense to me; in some topics, I come back and post the answer I found outside
the forums, and that answer was really the best answer.

And it looks like they've raised the previously-onerous character limit for signatures.
The maximum number of characters is supposed to be 256. Thanks for pointing out that we missed adding in the length validation. This is now logged as a bug.

If I'd known you'd do that, I wouldn't have said nothing 'bout it. For those of us who put a few HTML tags in our sig, 256 doesn't really cut it. Is there any chance you could give us 257? <ducking and running>

When I use the Quick Reply, and then cancel it, I jump away from the post I was looking at, to the top of the page.

And when I edit the above post, and click Post, my changes are not showing until I do a manual refresh. (IE7)
