When redirecting from one page to another page, I got an error saying that the page has been moved. Here is the actual error message:
"http://localhost/OAGMobileAccess/(cxjmnn45vsg5bg3imei4qa55)/testredir1.aspx?__ufps=819835 has been moved to http://localhost/OAGMobileAccess/(cxjmnn45vsg5bg3imei4qa55)/testredir2.aspx?__redir=1 Go the new location?"
where testredir1.aspx is a simple mobile web form that has nothing but a command button whose onclick event redircts to testredir2.aspx page.

After I clicked yes to go the new location, it works ok. I am using RedirectToMobilePage to do the redirect.

My question is why there is error message and how to avoid that. Please help. Thanks in advance.

System information:
Emulator: Nokia Mobile Internet Toolkit 3.1 with browser 3.0.1. The emulator is on the tested(by Microsoft) list.
.Net Framework: Visual Studio .Net verion 2003 final Beta.

As far as I know, the http standard says that whenever there is a client side redirect, it needs to notify the user about the redirect, and explicitly ask for the user input for the redirect to happen. However, the standard is not always uniformly implemented by all browsers.

Yes! I am having this same problem! Does anybody have any more informative answers? This is kind of a big issue, as I tried the redirect on an actual Nokia phone, not only did the redirect not work, but it didn't even give the option of following the redirect link. It just said something like "Error".

Any advice would be greatly appreciated...
