I have a website which is developed using ASP.Net, C#, Ajax and Oracle.
1. I am sending an email directly from Quality Center(QC) defect to the user(which is done automatically).
2. Then I need to track the users reply in the outlook and get the answer (yes/No).
3. This message should be logged into the QC defect.
How can I do the 2nd step? Can ASP.Net website keep track of the reply that we get from the user and parse the email? By which method I can get the yes/no answer? Is it possbiel to do this kind of stuff using .net?
