how i can install sql server 2005 or 2008 on my laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium when i install it i don't find microsoft sql server mangement studio on start menu,what can i do?

if it was installed, look at
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\XX\Tools\Binn\VSShell\Common7\IDE\

Try repairing your installation. I think you didn't install SQL Server Tools.

SQL2008 installation on Win7 has some requirements.

If you have the chance to install SQL Server 2008 R2, I strongly suggest you to choose SQL2008R2 installation for a better install experience.
Otherwise note that, SQL Server 2005 with SP3 and SQL Server 2008 with SP1 are supported on Windows 7.
And as Naomi noted Client Tools must be selected for installation to see the SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio) on the SQL Server group items on Start Menu
