Using VWD Express 2010 and having installed smallbusiness.vsi, upon File->New Website and selecting the Small Business Starter Kit template the process fails with "Exception from HRESULT: 0x80041FEB" The process successfully created the smallbusiness directory,
but made no subdirectories and installed no files.
