I installed the msi file and launched MS VS 2008, but when I went to Convert I found only Visual Basic 2008 Upgrade Wizard as the only Conversion tool available, contrary to PHP to ASP.NET Migration Assistant manual where I should find it in Convert after
Any ideas how do I start this assistant with MS VS 2008?
