I am a 10 years child and i cannot write english very well. but i try.
I need a website with this Pages: Login, Signup, getting data from users, processing this data and showing them(for example getting grades of students and calculating the avrage).
I want to use sql database.
secure login and signup pages.
please help me to create this site, step by step:
1- How to create this pages(secure Login and Signup pages).
2- how to create sql database (i can create access database(tables, queries, ...) and i can use it with Visual Basic(not c#) codes. but i dont know any thing about SQL database).
3- how to use(or setup) database on my domain(Host).
I cannot read documentation on the web(i dont know english very well). i need a summary or a template code.
please help me.

For someone who doesn't speak english very well, you write it very well!
But if you tell us which language(s) you do speak, maybe someone can send you a private message or give you a link to a forum in your language?
You write that you know Access very well, so why don't you use that for the time being. The membership providers do also work with Access. Although you say you cannot read documentation, I will give you this link

very very thanks for your answer. it was very useful (although i can to read the article in 13 hours)
but i have 2 qustions:
1- if i want to have 10000 users, can i use access?
2- when a user is logged in, i show him a form to enter his grades. how can i add these grades to the database and show average of them to him.
i know needed Queries to read data from database. but i dont know how can i find the user in database(the article doesnot say anything about this)
