I'm not sure wha't your purpose. Refer the ajaxcontroltoolkit js file to do what? Do you want to add AsyncFileUpload control in class library file dynamically?
If you add the ajax control dynamically, it will add the related js file automatically. If you just need use js file to build the control on server-side, please use ajax library to do that. (It's like to create JQuery control. It's all about client side.)

On server side, you can create the asyncFileUpload like to creat the control on server-side.

if i dynamically add asynfileupload control in class library, Users will have to add ajaxcontroltoolkit in their project. I dont want that. I want that control must be added through my dll file. that's why i want to use ayncfileupload script file in my class
