I would like to have an activity that starts every day at 2pm.
Can i ues WF for this?
do i need to use
ManualWorkflowSchedulerService(http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.workflow.runtime.hosting.manualworkflowschedulerservice.aspx) for this?
