Hi,
You need to take a backup of your application Pool and IIS backup for websites.
Then restore that xml file in IIS7.
Create same folder structure on other machine where IIS7 is running.
I haven't tried but it should work that way. You can post your thread at

Migration from IIS6 to IIS7
Dec 07, 2009 09:16 PM|LINK
Dear friends,
what is the best migration path from IIS6 to IIS7 for server with 500 websites?
I believe there are two types of migration:
-in place upgrade
-migration requires backup, transfer files, restore on new server.
If we choose second, what are the tools available?
Thanks!
