Duties:

• Participate in all phases of the SDLC
• Oversee offshore developers
• Design and program web based business applications and enhancements using .NET including web-services.
• Design and build Microsoft SQL Server (2005) databases including architectural design, table structure, stored procedures, and optimized queries
• Perform business analysis functions including documentation of specifications.
• Design and develop systems with Web 2.0 principals (AJAX, CSS desirable)
• Design and maintain Microsoft Reporting Services within the application
• Develop, oversee and participate in test plans (unit, security, scalability)
• Document, troubleshoot and isolate moderate to complex problems encountered during unit testing.
• Execute product roadmap/ work plan and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Develop coding standard framework and enforce through formal code reviews.
• Document IT/Software procedures and implement business interruption and recovery plans

Minimum Requirements:

• ****Must have experience working in small, fast paced entrepreneurial environment.  Do not apply if your experience is isolated to large size established companies.
• ****Must have experience working with offshore developers
• ****Must have web application experience to apply
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical training and professional work experience.
• Proficient in object oriented design and development
• A minimum of 3+ year's cumulative experience developing web based application on the Microsoft .NET platform and technologies.
• A strong technical background, with experience testing and developing applications.
