ChrisNorman Have improved my in-development site's prospects by a couple of orders of magnitude on the first pass alone. A truly excellent read.
Glad to hear you enjoyed it.
ChrisNorman Keep up the good work and enjoy the beer/steak/cake/whatnot from the royalty.
Thanks, will do.

imakimak Are the table of contents available somewhere? I neither see it on amazon nor on your website.
Amazon now has Look Inside working for the book; you can see the contents there. You can also see it from the preview link at apress.com.
imakimak Also what version of IIS is been used?

RickNZ Yes, Express does have a memory limitation: 1GB RAM, as well as a 4GB DB size limit.
Actually I think SQL Server Express 2008 R2 has a 10GB limit now. see http://www.microsoft.com/sqlserver/2008/en/us/editions.aspx
But the memory and CPU limit remains.

Thanks for pointing that out; I hadn't noticed the increase. Very handy.
