We have suspended the email notifications while we rebuild the search index.  Notifications are being queued, and will be sent out once the service is turned back on.  We apologize for any inconvenience this will cause.

Follow-up:  

There were two 30 min windows between 5p - 8p CST (Central USA) where emails may have been delayed.  Even in these windows, it does not appear that any notification emails were delievered outside of the normal timeframe.  The email queue is currently up to date.
