I'm trying to query the indexing service via ixsso.dll, so I'm looking for its managed class wrapper CissoQuery in Interop.Cisso.dll, but I cannot find it in my machine anywhere. Did I miss install a SDK? I'm using Windows 7 ultimate and .net 3.5, visual
studio 2008 and sqlserver 2008.

Hi guys,
I'm trying to query the indexing service via ixsso.dll, so I'm looking for its managed class wrapper CissoQuery in Interop.Cisso.dll, but I cannot find it in my machine anywhere. Did I miss install a SDK? I'm using Windows 7 ultimate and .net 3.5, visual studio 2008 and sqlserver 2008.
Many thanks

Are you sure you have it installed?
I guess it should be but I just found this post while researching your answer:
Which says the feature is not installed by default in windows server 2008.

I have the following questions"
1- Can you use " Interop.Cisso.dll" on Windows Server 2003?
2- How you can reference this DLL from VS 2005 Project running on Windows XP Machine?
