actually i am trying to access WCF which place on another computer and i want to access that wcf remotely
and i got error of cross ploicy infact i used that policy file . Actually WCF is place over intranet and i want
to use that in my silverlight project
An error occurred while trying to make a request to URI 'http://c5/PLOWCF/ClientWCF.SVC'. This could be due to
attempting to access a service in a cross-domain way without a proper cross-domain policy in place, or a policy
that is unsuitable for SOAP services. You may need to contact the owner of the service to publish a
cross-domain policy file and to ensure it allows SOAP-related HTTP headers to be sent. This error may also be
caused by using internal types in the web service proxy without using the InternalsVisibleToAttribute
attribute. Please see the inner exception for more details.

it's better to ask your question over here:
http://silverlight.net/forums/46.aspx. These forums are about ASP.NET and integration controls (for Silverlight in this forums' case) but over there are the Silverlight boys and girls to help you out. You can use the same credentials to login over there
as you used here.
